摘　　要：本研究旨在确定1 ～ 12周龄鲁西斗鸡粗蛋白质需要量.试验选用1日龄鲁西斗鸡600只,随机分为5个组,每个组6个重复,每个重复20只.试验期分1～6周龄和7～12周龄2个阶段,采用单因子试验设计,各组分别饲喂不同粗蛋白质水平的饲粮.在6和12周龄末,每重复屠宰1只鸡进行体成分的测定.结果表明：饲粮粗蛋白质水平对1～6周龄鸡平均日增重、料重比、每克增重消耗蛋白质、蛋白质沉积量和沉积率有显著影响（P＜0.05）;对7～12周龄鸡平均日增重、料重比、蛋白质沉积量有显著影响（P＜0.05）.以粗蛋白质食入量（CPI）为因变量,对应的平均日增重（△W）为自变量进行线性回归分析,结合各阶段代谢体重,得出粗蛋白质需要量（CPR）析因模型：1 ～6周龄,CPR=1.17w0.75＋ 370.87△W;7～ 12周龄,CPR=1.20w0.75 ＋578.97△W.根据本试验结果,结合各阶段平均日采食量,得出1～6周龄和7～12周龄鲁西斗鸡粗蛋白质需要量分别为18.55％、17.39％.This experiment was conducted to study crude protein （CP） requirement of Luxi game chickens aged 1 to 12 weeks.A total of 600 one-day-old Luxi game chickens were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 replicates per group and 20 chickens per replicate.The feeding period was divided into two stages：1 to 6 and 7 to 12 weeks of age.The experiment adopted a single factor design and chickens in the five groups were fed the experimental diets with different CP levels.At the end of 6 and 12 weeks of age,one bird from each replicate was slaughtered and samples were collected for analyzing body composition.The results showed as follows：dietary CP level significantly affected the average daily gain （ADG）,the ratio of feed to gain （F/G）,consumed protein for weight gain per gram,protein deposition and deposition rate of chickens aged 1 to 6 weeks （P 〈 0.05）,also significantly affected the ADG,F/G and consumed protein for weight gain per gram of chickens aged 7 to 12 weeks （P 〈0.05）.Crude protein intake （CPI） and average daily gain （△W） were regarded as dependent variable and independent variable,respectively,along with metabolic weight in each stage,and then linear regressions were made.The regression equations of CP requirement （CPR） showed as follows：1 to 6 weeks of age,CPR =1.17W0.75 ＋370.87 △W; 7 to 12 weeks of age,CPR =1.20W0.75 ＋578.97△W.In conclusion,dietary CP requirements for chickens aged 1 to 6 and 7 to 12 weeks are 18.55% and 17.39% according to the average daily feed intake of each stage,respectively.
