摘 要:目的:为了探讨河南省庚型肝炎病毒的感染情况和河南株庚型肝炎病毒基因的变异特征。方法:利用逆转录——巢式——聚合酶链反应检测庚型肝炎病毒RNA。将扩增产物克隆入T载体,进行测序和分析。结果:非甲-非成型肝炎中庚型肝炎病毒RNA阳性率为3.33%(1/30),在丙型肝炎患者中阳性率为6%(3/50),献血员中阳性率为0.5%(1/200),对河南株庚型肝炎病毒RNA阳性扩增、克隆、测序,与GenBank中HGV对应位置序列的同源性为90%~98.8%。结论:河南省存在反型肝炎病毒的感染者,HGV与HCV有重叠感染的现象,献血员中有HGV携带者。河南株庚型肝炎病毒部分基因序列与已报道的序列均不完全一致,与国内分离株的同源性高于国外分离株。Objective: To study infectious information of hepatitis G virus and gene variation in Henan province. Methods: RT-nested-polymerase chain reaction was used in the detections of HGV RNA. Partial gene was cloned sequenced and analysized. Results: Positive late of HGV RNA in non-A to E is 3. 33% (1/30). Positive rate in HCV is 6% (3/50) and in blood donors is 0. 5 % (1/200). Partial gene of HGV RNA in Henan was cloned and sequenced. The homology of Henan and GenBank HGV gene was 90. 0% -98. 8%. Conclusion: There are overlapping infection in HGV and HCV, and are carrier in bloob donors. There are difference from partial HGV gene sequence in Henan province to sequence reported. The homology of Chinese isolate genes was higher than that of other countried.
