摘 要:目的探讨环境温度因素(低温)对高强度训练(负重海水游泳)导致的横纹肌溶解症发生、发展的影响。方法将40只雄性昆明种小鼠按完全随机分组方法分为常温组及低温组,每组20只。在小鼠尾部负重铅皮,分别于常温海水及低温海水中进行不间断游泳运动,直至力竭。记录小鼠开始至力竭的维持时间;采用全自动生化仪检测血肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶MB(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及肌酐(Cr)等生化指标;解剖小鼠标本后用电子显微镜观察心肌和骨骼肌超微结构变化。结果 (1)低温组小鼠力竭游泳运动时间明显低于常温组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(2)低温组小鼠血CK、CK-MB、LDH及Cr等生化指标较常温组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(3)两组小鼠力竭游泳运动后其骨骼肌和心肌超微结构均发生改变,提示横纹肌溶解症的发生。结论高强度运动条件下,低温环境因素可加速横纹肌溶解症的发生及严重程度,并影响其游泳运动的力竭时间。Objective To investigate the effect of low temperature on rhabdomyolysis( RM) induced by high-intensity training. Methods A total of 40 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into normothermia group and hypothermia group( n = 20 / group). The mice swam with load in normal temperature water and low temperature water,respectively. They swam uninterruptedly until exhausted,and were recorded. What were detected included creatine kinase( CK),CK-myocardial band( CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase( LDH) and creatinine( Cr). The ultrastructure changes in myocardia and skeletal muscle were observed via electron microscope. Results( 1) The maintenance time to exhaustibility in the hypothermia group was less than in the normothermia group,between which the difference was significant( P < 0. 01).( 2) The values of CK,CK-MB,LDH and Cr were significantly higher in the hypothermia group than in the normothermia group( P < 0. 01).( 3) RM was found in the myocardia and the skeletal muscle in both the two groups. Conclusion Low temperature accelerates the occurrence of RM induced by high-intensity training.
