摘  要:目的探讨血清胱抑素C(CysC)在早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血液中的变化及其诊断价值。方法 对110例2型糖尿病(DM)患者根据尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)分为两组:DM无蛋白尿组(UAER〈30mg/24h),50例;DM微量蛋白尿组(UAER30~300mg/24h),60例;用免疫比浊法检测2型糖尿病。肾病患者和健康体检人群的血清CysC、速率法测定尿素氮(BUN)、酶法测定血肌酐(Scr),并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果60例2型DM尿微量白蛋白患者CysC、BUN、Scr的异常结果检出率分别为78.3%、10.0%、16.8%,CysC的异常结果检出率明显高于BUN、Scr。结论血清中CysC的浓度可作为2型DN早期诊断指标,且对了解肾脏损伤程度也有较大的临床意义。Objective To investigate the serum cystatin C(CysC) in patients with early diabetic nephropathy(DN) and their diag- nostic value. Methods According to urine trace albumin excretion rate (UAER) , 110 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) were divided into two groups, i.e. Group A (n = 50) without aibuminuria (UAER: 〈 30mg/24h) and Group B (n = 60) with mi- croalbuminuria (UAER: 30 -300mg/24h). Their serum CysC, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (Scr) were de- tected and analyzed. Results In 60 cases of Group B, the abnormal rate of CysC was 78.3% , significantly higher than that oi BUN and Set ( 10.0% and 16.8% ). Conclusion Serum CysC concentration can be used as the early diagnostic index in DN, and it is of grcat clinical significance in realizing the degree of kidney damage
