摘  要:目的调查医院辅助诊断检查满意度,为有效缩短平均住院日,提高病床工作效率提供参考依据。方法采取访问调查与自填调查相结合的方式,将检查类项目的科室、内科科室和外科科室作为调查对象,对检查类项目的科室设备运行情况,住院病人预约检查项目后的等待时间,住院病人检查类报告单送达临床科室情况等进行调查。结果预约检查后等待时间为3天以上的检查项目中,MRI检查、动态心电图检查、动态血压检查和肠镜检查的认同率大于50%;临床科室对常规检查类项目报告单送达情况的满意率为64.52%,不满意率为35.48%,在不满意的5个项目中,放射诊断类检查项目有3项,占60.00%。结论进一步调动医护人员的主观能动性,充分利用医疗资源,提高辅诊诊断检查工作效率,对缩短平均住院日有积极作用。Objective To survey auxiliary clinical departments satisfaction and provide the reference basis for effectively shortening the average length of stay, enhancing the working efficiency of the hospital beds. Methods Taking medical depa^nents and surgical de- partments as the objects of investigation by the combination of interview survey and fill in survey. Investigating department equipment opera- tion, the waiting tim,e after inpatient appointment inspection project and delivery of Inpatient examination report to clinical departments. Re- suits Approval ratings of MRI, dynamic electrocardiogram inspection, the dynamic blood pressure check and colonoscopy examination are greater than 50% in the items of waiting time for more than 3 days after the appointment inspection. The report delivery satisfaction rate of clinical departments is 64.52%, unsatisfaction rate is 35.48%. In five projects are not satisfied with, diagnostic radiology has three inspection projects, accounting for 60.00%. Condusion Further arousing the activeness of medical staff, making full use of medical resources, im- proving the efficiency of auxiliary clinical diagnosis inspection work have positive effects to shorten the average length of stay.
