治糜康栓的粘膜刺激性研究

摘　　要：目的观察治糜康栓工艺改进后对大鼠阴道的刺激性反应。方法各组大鼠分别阴道给予治糜康栓(1 g/kg、0.5 g/kg、0.25 g/kg),隔天一次,给药10天。每天观察动物一般状态、阴道及外阴刺激症状并进行病理学检查。结果治糜康栓阴道给药10天后,阴道及外阴无充血、红斑或水肿以及分泌物异常等刺激现象,病理组织学检查无明显病变。结论治糜康栓大鼠阴道给药无刺激性。Objective to observe the rat vaginal irritation reaction treated by the improved Zhimi Kangshuan. Meth- ods the rats were given the treatment of vaginal Zhimi Kangshuan （ 1 g/kg, 0.5 g/kg, 0.25 g/kg）, every other day, ad- ministered for 10 days. Observed the general state of animals, the vagina and vulva irritation symptoms and pathological examination were performed every day. Results Zhimi Kangshuan vaginal delivery after 10 days, the vagina and vulva without congestive erythema, edema or secretion and abnormal irritation, histopathological examination showed no lesions. Conclusionno irritation on the treatment of Zhimi Kangshuan rat vagina delivery.
