醚对甲醇-直馏汽油体系稳定性及清净性影响研究

摘　　要：通过甲醇-直馏汽油相稳定性实验，分别考察了一系列醚作助溶剂对甲醇-直馏汽油体系相稳定性的影响；结合不同醚加量-相分离温度曲线线性回归方程，对其影响规律进行探讨。实验表明，在温度-30~40℃，乙醚、乙二醇丁醚、四氢呋喃、二苯醚和1,4-二氧六环皆对M15、M30、M50、M65、M85甲醇-汽油体系有一定的助溶效果；甲醇比例一定时，不同醚加量与其对应的体系相分离温度之间存在一定的线性关系，曲线的线性回归趋势线相关系数R2值大都高于0.99；并且通过胶质含量测试方法，间接考察不同助溶剂及其加量对醚作助溶剂时体系清净性的影响。The experiment on the phase stability was conducted to investigate the effects on the phase stability of methanol-gasoline system when a series of ethers were used as cosolvent. The effects of ethers to the phase separation temperature had been analyzed by using linear regression method. From the rusults,it could be seen that the ether,ethylene glycol monobutyl ether,tetrahy drofuran,phenyl ether and 1,4-dioxane had good assistant dissolve effect to methanol-gasoline system of M15,M30,M50,M65 and M85 within the experimental temperature range-30~40℃.The relationship between the amount of ethers and phase separation temperature was linear when the ratio of methanol to gasoline was certain. R2,the curve correlation coefficient,was usually higher than 0.99. By gum content test methods,indi-rect effects of different solvents and increase the amount of aid for ether as solvent system to help detergency effect was studied.
