摘　　要：根据公司实际需要，设计了一种基于Visual Studio 2010为设计平台，以Access为数据存储软件和以Excel为最终数据处理软件的新型人事管理系统。采用一种模块化的设计思想，所设计系统同时具有Visual Studio 2010、Access和Excel优点，并且能够独立操作，同时，稍作修改即可满足其他地方的使用。根据测试，所设计的管理系统功能强大、大大提高了公司的管理效率，满足了公司的需要。According to actual needs of the company,a new type of personnel management system is designed which is based on visual studio 2010 as the design platform.Use Access as the data storage software and Excellas the final data processing software. Use a modular design concept, the designed system has many advantages of visual studio 2010, Access and Excellat the same time. Besides,it can operate independently. At the same time, the system can meet the use of other places with a little modification. Ac-cording to the test, the management system is powerful, which greatly improves the efficiency of management and meet the needs of the company.
