摘  要:目的考察酒石酸布托啡诺注射液与注射用氯诺昔康在静脉镇痛泵中的配伍稳定性。方法在室温条件下,观察与测定两药在静脉镇痛泵中配伍后的外观及pH值变化,并用高效液相色谱法测定配伍液中两药的含量变化。结果配伍液酒石酸布托啡诺含量与pH值无明显变化,但氯诺昔康的含量不断降低,并且配伍液4 h后出现少量沉淀。结论在室温条件下,酒石酸布托啡诺注射液与注射用氯诺昔康在静脉镇痛泵中不稳定,临床不宜混合应用于术后自控镇痛。Objective To determine the stability of butorphanol tartrate injection with lornoxicam injection in patient controlled analgesia pump. Methods The changes in appearance and pH value of the mixture of the two injections in 0.9% sodium chloride injection within 72 h at ambient temperature were observed. The concentrations of the mixture of the two injections in 0.9% sodium chloride injection were determined by HPLC. Results No significant differences were found in the contents of butorphanol tartrate and pH value, but the contents of lornoxicam steadily declined with the occurrence of precipitation after 4 h. Conclusion The mixture of butorphanol tartrate with lornoxicam injection is instable, so clinical application of patient controlled analgesia should be avoided.
