摘　　要：本从运用干涉法测量高功率激光腔镜表面面型干涉条纹的处理要求出发 ,首先利用面向对象技术分析了系统需求 ,建立了系统原始对象图 ,然后提出了本系统的软件结构模型 ,最后实现了用于强激光腔镜面型检测的软件系统。Based on the analysis of the requirements of interferograms, which are obtained by using interference to measure the laser resonator mirror's distortion of high power laser, this paper firstly analyzes the requirements of software system, thereby, establishes the firsthand object graph, and finally proposes the software structure model.
