摘 要:【目的】研究松六齿小蠹成虫触角感受器的形态、数量和分布特征,为明确松六齿小蠹触角感器的功能和寄主树木选择提供理论依据。【方法】运用扫描电子显微镜,对松六齿小蠹雌雄成虫触角外部形态与感器进行超微形态观察。【结果】松六齿小蠹雌、雄成虫的触角感器分为毛形感器(Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型)、锯齿形感器、刺形感器、芽形感器、锥形感器和槽纹感器等6类。其中毛形感器数量最多,约占总数的85%;锯齿形感器的分布最广,在触角各节均有分布。触角锤头部感器的种类和数量最多,6种感器均有分布,占全部感器数量的92.3%;柄节的感器数量最少,仅占3.4%。【结论】松六齿小蠹雌、雄成虫触角的形态及感器类型和分布无明显差异,其中毛形感器Ⅰ、槽纹感器为化学感器,具有感知嗅觉的作用;毛形感器Ⅱ、锯齿形感器为机械感器。Objective】The study was to observe the morphology,number and distribution of antennal sensilla of adult Ips acuminatus and reveal the function of antennal sensilla and mechanism of host tree selection.【Method】Antennae surface structure and morphological characters of male and female I.acuminatus were observed with scanning electron microscope (SEM).【Result】Six types of sensilla identified on the antennas of both female and male were sensilla trichodea (STⅠand STⅡ),zigzag sensilla,sensilla chaeticum,bud-shaped sensilla,sensilla basiconica and fluted sensillum.Sensilla triehodea was the dominant type,accounting for 85%.Zigzag sensilla distributed on all parts of antennae.92.3% of sensilla were on the club of antennae while only 3.4% were on the funicle.【Conclusion】There were no obvious differences on structure and morphology between male and female adults.Sensilla trichodeaⅠand fluted sensillum were chemoreceptors with olfactory function and sensilla trichodeaⅡand zigzag sensilla were mechanical sensors.
