摘　　要：国家助学贷款政策实施过程中,出现了大学生诚信缺失的现象,造成这些现象的原因是多方面的。本文认为,要完善国家助学贷款政策运行机制,制定切实可行的法律法规,普及银行征信系统,实施和推广国家助学贷款代偿制度,加强大学生诚信教育等方式以构建国家助学贷款政策实施中大学生诚信的长效机制。In the implementation process of National Student Loan policy, there were phenomena of students＇ lack of credibility, which were caused by many reasons. This paper argues that to improve operational mechanism of the National Student Loan policy, to develop practical laws and regulations, to extensively spread banking credit system, to implement and promote compensatory system of the National Student Loan, and to strengthen the honesty education are the ways to build a long-term credit mechanism of implementation National Student Loan policy.
