摘　　要：高校行政管理队伍是高校长足发展的有力保障,随着教育体制改革的不断深化,行政管理队伍的建设在提高教育服务质量方面有重要意义。本文从现阶段我国高校行政管理队伍建设的现状出发,分析在队伍建设过程中出现的一些问题,并提出相应的对策和措施。University administration team is a strong guarantee for the rapid development of colleges and universities. With the deepening of the reform in the education system, the construction of administrative team is very important in improving the education quality of service. This article, from the present stage of the administrative team construction of colleges and universities in our country, analyzes some problems which appear in the process of construction and proposes corresponding countermeasures and measures.
