摘　　要：对于配方打叶计量参数的发布,目前国内打叶复烤企业一般采用的传统方式为设置公告板或电子显示屏,工作强度高,信息量小,传递滞后,不利于改进工艺;本文采用目前市场流行的智能移动终端与工业自动化PLC构建配方打叶计量系统,克服了传统方式弊病,实现了高效的数据实时传输交流及操作灵活的特点,可推广应用。The data of formulated threshing in most tobacco enterprises in China are displayed with billboards or electronic screens with high work intensity, limited and lagged information and hinder process improvement. A new formulated thresh measuring system based on intelligent mobile terminal and the PLC from industrial automation is designed in this study which enables real-time data transmission and easy operation. It solves the problems existed with traditional methods, improves the threshing and redrying process and is suggested for wide application.
