摘 要:目的:建立怀地黄药材的HPLC指纹图谱,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供可靠方法。方法:采用HPLC梯度洗脱法,对怀地黄药材进行测定,色谱条件,Dikma DiamonsilC18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸水系统梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温35℃,检测波长205 nm。结果:标定了13个共有峰,建立了HPLC指纹图谱,该图谱的相关系数均在0.99以上。结论:该方法精确可靠,重复性好,可为控制怀地黄药材内在质量提供科学依据。Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint of Rehmannia glutinosa to provide a reliable method for scientific evaluation and the effective control of its quality. Method: The fingerprints were obtained on a Dikma Diamonsil C18column (4.6 mm250 mm,5 μm) with the gradient elution solvent system composed of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1.0 mL min-1. The column temperature was maintained at 35℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 240 nm. Result: Thirteen common peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks and the fingerprints were also evaluated by the Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint with the correlation coefficient above 0.99. Conclusion: This method with good precision and reproducibility is reliable for the quality control of R. glutinosa.
