摘 要:按1SiO2∶0.35TBAOH∶25H2O的摩尔比,170℃水热晶化48 h得到微孔分子筛MEL,再按n(SiO2)∶n(CTAB)∶n(H2O)∶n(NaOH)=1∶0.45∶60∶0.48的摩尔比,配成MCM-48的悬浮液,将合成的MEL加入MCM-48的溶液中,80℃水热晶化96 h,制备出MEL/MCM-48微介孔复合分子筛,其结构和形貌采用XRD、TEM等手段对其进行了表征。考察了这种复合分子筛的投加量、pH值、吸附时间等因素对阳离子红X-5GN模拟染料废水吸附性能的影响。MEL/MCM-48微介孔复合分子筛的投加量为1 g/L、阳离子红X-5GN染料废水浓度为20 mg/L,溶液为中性、振荡时间为60 min,温度为50℃时吸附效果最好,脱色率以达到了97.8%,吸附动力学曲线不符合一级反应模型(Lagergren一级速率方程),但用二级反应模型(McKay二级速率方程)来描述可以得到很好的相关性。MEL of microporous zeolites was prepared by using hydrothermal synthesis with molar ratio of 1SiO2:0.35TBAOH: 25H2O at 170℃ for 48 h, then added chemicals raw material to the microporous zeolite MCM-48 with molar ratio of 1SiO2:0.45 CTAB: 0.48NaOH: 60H2O, composite micro-mesoporous molecular sieve of MEL/MCM-48 successfully hydrothermal synthesized at 80 % for 96 h, its structure and morphology of prepared MEL/MCM-48 micro mesoporous composites were characterized by powder XRD, SEM and TEM. The effects of cationic red X-5GN dye concentration, solution pH, reaction time, dosage of this composite molecular sieve and adsorption time on dye decolorization efficiency were investigated. The results of adsorption of cationic red X-SGN simulated dye wastewater showed that NaA/ MCM-41 micro-mesoporous molecular sieve composite dosage is 1 g/L, concentration of cationic red X- 5GN dye is 20 mg/L, pH value of solution is neutral, the oscillation time is 60 rain and temperature is 50 ℃, the decolorization rate is 97.8%. Adsorption kinetic curve does not conform to the level one reaction model (Lagergren level one rate equation), but it can get good correlation with the level two reaction model (McKay level two rate equation) .
