摘　　要：产甲烷菌在厌氧生物处理方法中起到决定性作用。本文介绍了产甲烷菌在厌氧生物处理技术中的主要作用及提取和鉴定的方法,综述了营养元素和微量元素、温度、pH值、其他菌体对产甲烷菌活性的影响。在此基础上提出了展望。Methanogens play a decisive role on anaerobic biological treatment. It is involved that the way to extraction and identification methanogens. Activities of methanogens were analyzed and summarized in the aspects of nutrient elements and trace elements,temperatures,pH,influences for other bacteria. The outlooks were made in the related fields.
