摘  要:氧化铝,氧化锆等氧化物多孔陶瓷具有低密度、高比表面积、高抗压强度、低热导率和耐腐蚀等优异的物理化学性能,应用越来越广泛。本文介绍了氧化物多孔陶瓷几种较为常见的制备方法,重点综述了冷冻注模工艺和凝胶注模工艺两种制备氧化物多孔陶瓷的研究现状。最后总结了目前在制备氧化物多孔陶瓷上存在的困难,并对其发展方向提出了合理的展望。Alumina and zirconia porous ceramics possess good properties, such as low density, high specific surface, high compressive strength, low thermal conductivity and good corrosion resistance, which are applied in more and more fields. This paper reviewed several common preparation methods of porous oxide ceramics, and described emphatically the research status of freeze casting and gelcasting for making oxide porous ceramics. Finally, a summary of the difficulties in the preparation of oxide porous ceramics has been summarized in this paper, and also proposed the reasonable forecast for the further research.
