摘  要:预拌料混凝土是将水泥、石子、砂子等材料按一定配合比配制,施工时加水作业的新型混凝土。研究了贮存期30 d以内,砂子含水率2.0%以内,水胶比为0.45和0.50时预拌料混凝土抗压强度,并分析了预拌料的微观结构对预拌料混凝土抗压强度的影响。结果表明,预拌料贮存期在30 d以内,砂子含水率小于1.0%时的预拌料混凝土强度能达到35 MPa。预拌料在贮存3 d、7 d和30 d时水泥颗粒水化反应产物存在明显差异;预拌料贮存期在3 d以内时,预水化反应程度低,砂子含水率对混凝土的强度的影响较小;贮存超过7 d,预拌料的预水化产物结构疏松,砂子含水率对混凝土的强度的影响较大。水胶比对预拌料混凝土的强度损失影响不大。By mixing cement, gravel and sand in a certain proportion, ready-mixed concrete, a new type concrete, was obtained by adding water during construction. When storage period within 30 d and water content of sand within 2.0%, cubic compressive strength of ready-mixed concrete was investigated with water-binder ratio of 0.45 and 0.50 and microstructure of ready-mixed materials was also studied to analyze its effect of ready-mixed concrete. The results showed that when storage period within 30 d and water content of sand within 1.0%, the compressive strength of ready-mixed concrete was 35 MPa. The hydration productions of cement particles in ready-mixed materials varied with storage period of 3 d, 7 d and 30 d. When storage period within 3 d, the degree of hydration action was not sufficient, sand water content had little effect on cubic strength of concrete. While when storage period over 7 d, the microstructure of hydration productions for cement in ready-mixed materials was loosen and sand water content got larger effect on cubic compressive strength of concrete. Moreover, there was no strong relation between water-binder ratio and strength loss of ready-mixed concrete.
