摘 要:用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)对13X分子筛进行改性制备CTMAB-13X分子筛,研究了不同条件下CTMAB-13X分子筛对废水中甲基橙的吸附性能、影响因素及动力学过程。结果表明:CTMAB-13X分子筛投加量为0.1 g/L,吸附时间10 min后对甲基橙吸附可达平衡,此时去除率达到88.9%。CTMAB-13X分子筛吸附容量为275mg/g,高于活性炭的182 mg/g。Zeta电位分析说明经阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB改性的13X分子筛表面带正电,对水中带负电的酸性染料甲基橙有较强的吸附效果。由红外吸收光谱(FTIR)看出CTMAB的特征峰出现在CTMAB-13X分子筛中,说明CTMAB接枝改性到13X分子筛表面。分析X-射线图谱得出CTMAB改性剂没有破坏13X分子筛自身的晶体结构,进一步证明CTMAB是接枝在分子筛表面。从扫描电镜(SEM)可以看出改性后的CTMAB-13X分子筛更为分散,因此可以为染料分子提供更多的吸附点位。激光粒度测定结果表明CTMAB-13X分子筛平均粒径D av由17.45μm下降到12.41μm,比表面积(S/V)由5143.69 cm2/cm3增大到7752.48 cm2/cm3,与SEM分析结果一致。13X molecular sieve was modified with hexadecyl trimethyl ammoniμm bromide (CTMAB) to prepare CTMAB-13X sorption material.. The adsorption capability of CTMAB-13X for methyl orange is investigated under different conditions. The adsorption equilibrium was achieved within 10 minutes when the dosage of CTMAB-13X was 0.1 g/L and the removal rate reached 88.9%. The equilibrium data was in accord with Langmuir isotherms and the adsorption capacity was 275 mg/g. Nevertheless, the adsorption capacity of activated carbon was only 182 mg/g. The results of Zeta-Potential explained that the surface electrical behavior of CTMAB-13X was positive, thus methyl orange exhibited negative electricity could be adsorbed easily. It was found from fourier transform infrared spectrum (FTIR) that there were characteristic peaks of CTMAB in the CTMAB-13X, indicating that 13X molecular sieve was grafted with CTMAB. As further proof, XRD spectrograms of 13X molecular sieve and CTMAB-13X were analysed. It demonstrated that structure of 13X molecular sieve remained intact after modification. The image of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed less gather existed in CTMAB-13X compared with 13X molecular sieve. Therefore, it can provide more adsorption point for dye molecules. The analysis of laser granulometrie revealed that average particle size (Day) of CTMAB-13X decreased to 12.41 μm from 17.45 μm of 13X, and specific surface area (S/V) increased from 5143.69 cm2/cm3 to 7752.48 cm2/ 3 cm .
