摘  要:在资源型缺水地区,控制水资源蒸腾蒸发(ET)消耗,才能实现真实节水。选择北京市房山真实节水示范区为研究对象,基于遥感技术,根据降雨、土地利用、ET、地下水数据、机井控制灌溉面积等信息,制定相应目标ET和机井取水量定额。结果表明,示范区ET总和178.717 274万m3,机井现状开采量91.524万m3,机井目标开采量79.644万m3,节水量11.88万m3,节水效率13%。因此,对于防止地下水超采,提高水资源利用效率,遏制水资源的损耗,开展区域农业节水管理,提供了一种技术理论支持和示范推广作用。In resources-type absent water area, it is only by controlling ET consumption that we can achieve real water-saving. Beijing's Fangshan Demonstration Zone is selected in this paper as the research obiect. Based on remote sensing technology, objective ET and motor-pumped well water withdrawal quotas are formulated, according to precipitation, land use, ET, underground water, con- trolling irrigation area with pumped well, etc. The results show that the amount of ET is 1 787 172. 74 m3 , currently motor-pumped well-water withdrawal account 915 240 m3 , motor-pumped well-water withdrawal quotas 796 440 m3 , watersaving 118 800 m3 , wa- ter-saving efficiency of 13%. Therefore, it provides a way of theoretical support and promotes the role of demonstration for the pre- vention of groundwater overexploitation,enhancing water use efficiency, curbing the depletion of water resources to achieve real sav- ing and launching regional water-saving managements.
