摘  要:在离心泵的性能实验中,不同流量下水泵转速并不恒定,而是以一定的规律变化。采用模型试验方法,分别采用数字式手持转速表法和基于离心泵内动静干涉的方法测量了不同流量下试验泵的转速,并对测量结果进行了分析。分析表明,试验泵在流量Q=0时转速较高,随着流量增大到Q=0.87Qn时,转速呈降低趋势且变化较陡,之后转速基本稳定,当流量增大到Q=1.46Qn时,水泵转速再次升高。试验泵转速的变化与电动机输入功率的变化相对应,且两者呈相反趋势。在出水管上布置压力变送器可以间接测量水泵的转速,在0<Q<0.43Qn时,出水管压力脉动主频为转频,测量转速误差较大,在0.71Qn<Q<1.30Qn时,出水管压力脉动主频为叶频,测量转速较准确。Centrifugal pump rotating speed under different flow rates is not constant in the performance test, but changes in a certain regular. The rotating speed under different flow rates was measured using model test method by the digital hand-held tachometer method and the method based on rotor--stator interaction in the centrifugal pump. The results show: the test pump rotating speed is higher when the flow rate Q= 0, as the flow rate increases to Q=0. 87Qn, the rotating speed changes in a decrease trend quickly, and then remains basically stable. When the flow rate increases to Q= 1.46Qn, the rotating speed rises again. The test pump rotating speed changes with the input power of the motor, and they almost get an opposite tendency. The pump rotating speed can be indi rectly measured by the pressure transmitters on the outlet pipe. When the flow rate 0〈Q〈20. 43Qn, the dominant frequency of pres- sure fluctuation on the outlet pipe is rotation frequency, and the rotating speed measurement error is large, while the flow rate 0. 71Qn〈Q〈C1.30Qn, it is blade frequency, and the measurement is accurate.
