摘　　要：根据小型农田水利工程的特点,采取定性目标与定量指标相结合、多目标协调与主导目标优化相结合、全面考评与抽样分析相结合的办法,建立了包括3个一级指标、9个二级指标、29个三级指标共78个绩效标准评分点的评价指标体系,并对各指标的内涵及赋值方法进行了研究,从而为加强小型农田水利工程建设管理,科学评判资金使用效率和效益提供了一个重要参考路径和模式。Based on the methods of combining comprehensive evaluation with sampling analysis, we establish an evaluation index sys- tem in this paper, which includes three-level indicators, nine secondary indexes and there was a total of 78 performance standard score points. The connotation of each index and the method of value assignment are also studied in this paper. The study results of this pa- per can provide an important method and study mode for strengthening the management of small agricutural hydraulic projects and scientifically evaluating the efficiency of funds.
