摘　　要：介绍了水介质中有机合成反应的研究进展,主要包括加成、偶合、缩合、基团的保护与去保护、氧化、还原和Wittig反应等。以水作反应介质比用有机溶剂具有安全无毒、便宜和环境友好等优点。Progress of the organic reactions in water phase including addition, coupling, condensation, protection and deprotection, oxidation, reduction and Wittig reaction was reviewed. Water is a desirable solvent for chemical reactions because it is safe, non-toxic, environmentally fi＇iendly, readily available, and cheap as compared with organic solvents.
