摘  要:在蒸汽饱和温度为39℃,壁面过冷度为3—9℃条件下,实验研究了R407C在水平花瓣型翅片管和低肋管外的冷凝传热性能。结果表明,管外冷凝传热系数均随着壁面过冷度的增加而增大,在相同壁面过冷度下,花瓣型翅片管的管外冷凝传热系数是光滑管的4.6—5.4倍,比低肋提高了15%-25%,证明花瓣型翅片管具有良好的强化非共沸混合工质冷凝传热性能。Condensation heat transfer coefficients (HTCs) of zeotropic refrigerant mixture R407C on single horizontal petal shaped finned (PF) tube and low finned tube were experimentally measured. All measurements were taken at the vapor temperature 39℃ with the wall subcooling of 3-9℃. The results showed that the enhancement factor provided by the petal-shaped finned tube was 4.6-5.4, the outside condensation HTCs of petal-shaped finned tube was about 1.15-1.25 times as large as that of low finned tube at the same wall subcooling. It is a promising route to use petal-shaped finned tube instead of low finned tube for improving the performance of condensation heat transfer of nonazeotropic mixture.
