摘 要:在管式炉上进行了两种石灰石的直接硫化实验.分析了水蒸气浓度对硫化过程中钙转化率的影响,并采用低温氮吸附和X射线衍射技术(XRD)分析了硫化产物的孔结构特征及成分.结果表明,水蒸气在化学控制阶段对石灰石直接硫化几乎无影响,在扩散控制阶段对石灰石直接硫化反应有显著的促进作用.水蒸气的存在促进了产物层内固态离子扩散,离子交换得到了增强.含水蒸气时硫化产物晶粒粒径更大,大粒径的晶粒降低了晶体之间的阻塞。水蒸气存在时石灰石硫化产物比表面积、比孔容积、平均孔径均比无水蒸气时大.A tube furnace was employed to investigate the direct sulfation characteristics of two limestones. The effect of water vapor concentration on calcium conversion was analyzed, and nitrogen adsorption analysis and X-ray diffraction were used to study the pore structure character and ingredi- ents of sulfation products. Results show that the presence of water vapor promotes the direct sulfation at the diffusion-controlled stage. However, the effect of water vapor during kinetically-controlled stage is negligible. The presence of water vapor promotes the solid-state diffusion and the exchange of ions in the product is enhanced. The grain-size of product in the presence of water vapor becomes much larger, and the blocking between crystals is reduced. The surface area, pore volume and average diameter of sulfation products in the presence of water vapor are larger than that without water vapor.
