摘  要:摘要煤的富氧燃烧技术因压缩回收CO2过程中汞(Hg)对铝合金换热器的腐蚀或脆化问题,面临高效率的Hg脱除要求。本文利用模拟燃煤烟气,研究了200-1000℃范围内燃煤烟气组分NO和SO2对tiCl氧化Hg的影响规律,结果表明:CO2、N2、O2/CO2和O2/N2气氛对Hg氧化的影响不明显,总体而言,Hg在O2/CO2气氛中的氧化率高于CO2气氛,略低于O2/N2气氛;NO与HCl共存显示了协同Hg氧化作用:Hg氧化在200-600℃显著增强,在800-1000℃有所减弱,1000℃时,Hg的氧化率随NO浓度变化存在一极小值;SO2明显抑制HCl对Hg的氧化。Abstract Mercury in oxy-coal combustion flue gas must be removed before CO2 recovery as it can cause liquid metal embrittlement and material failure of aluminum heat exchangers during CO2 purification and compression. Experiments about NO and SO2 influence on homogeneous Hg(g) oxidation by HC1 were conducted under simulated O2/CO2 atmosphere at 200-1000℃. Results showed that CO2, N2, O2/CO2 and O2/N2 atmospheres exhibited similar Hg oxidation trend, while generally Hg oxidation in O2/CO2 was higher than CO2 atmosphere and a little bit lower than O2/N atmosphere. Hg(g) oxidation by NO/HC1 was enhanced at 200-600℃ and inhibited at 800-1000℃. At the temperature of 1000℃, a minimum Hg oxidation rate existed as the NO concentration varied. SOs strongly inhibited Hg(g) oxidation by HC1.
