摘  要:基于沥青-集料间粘结性能角度,以沥青碎石封层技术性能影响因素为研究对象,采用Vialet方法对沥青碎石封层进行锤击试验,研究沥青、集料、集料预拌、水、埋入深度和碾压延迟时间对碎石封层技术性能的影响。通过试验分析,得出如下结论:乳化沥青碎石封层性能优于SBS改性沥青和基质沥青碎石封层,采用石灰岩集料的沥青碎石封层性能优于采用花岗岩集料的沥青碎石封层,乳化沥青碎石封层不需要预拌集料,水对沥青-集料间粘结性能影响很大,会导致集料损失,碎石封层集料残留率随集料埋入深度增加而增加,随碾压延迟时间增加而减少。Based on asphalt-aggregate bond characteristics,the study aimed at the influencing factors of chip seal tech- nical performance. The Vialet test method was designed to analyse the influence of several factors on chip seal technical performance,which included asphalt type, aggregate type, aggregate pretreation, moisture, embedment depth and the delayed rolling time. The results show that the performance of emulsified asphalt chip seal is better than SBS-modified as- phalt and hot asphalt chip seal. Limestone aggregates perform better than granite in asphalt-aggregate bond characteris- tics. Aggregates needn't be pretreated before emulsified asphalt chip seal construction. Moisture plays an important role in asphalt-aggregate bond and leads to aggregate loss. The aggregate embedment depth and the delayed roiling time are also the significant factors affecting chip retention. The chip retention rate increases with the aggregate embedment depth increase and the delayed rolling time decrease.
