摘 要:采用具有曝气段和非曝气段的一体化曝气生物滤池(BAF)处理干清粪条件下的奶牛场废水,考察其运行性能并探讨工艺条件。试验结果表明,进水氨氮浓度、回流比、水力停留时间(HRT)和气水比对处理系统运行性能有明显影响。当一体化BAF曝气段和非曝气段的体积比为2∶1时,在HRT为12h、回流比为2∶1(体积比)和气水比为20∶1(体积比)的条件下,进水氨氮、TN和COD分别平均为94.20、94.99、459.5mg/L时,出水氨氮、TN和COD分别平均为2.76、20.42、82.0mg/L。研究表明,一体化BAF可以有效地处理干清粪条件下的奶牛场废水,出水氨氮、TN和COD可满足最新的《畜禽养殖业水污染物排放标准》(征求意见稿)中新建养殖场废水直接排放的限值要求。The integrated biological aerated filter (BAF) with both aeration section and non-aeration section was adopted to treat dairy farm wastewater under the dry dung cleaning up process. The performance of BAF during operating process was investigated and the optimal treatment condition was achieved base on the experiment results. The experimental results showed that initial NH4^+ -N concentration, recirculation ratio, hydraulic retention time (HRT) and air/water ratio had obvious influences on the performances of BAF system. When the volumetric ratio of BAF aeration section to non-aeration section was 2 : 1, the average NH4^+-N, TN and COD in treated dairy farm wastewater were 94.20,94.99,459.5 mg/L ,the effluent NH4^+ -N, TN and COD could decreased to 2.76,20.42,82.0 mg/L respectively under the operating condition of HRT 12 h,recirculation ratio 2 : 1 and air/water ratio 20 : 1. This research indicated that the integrated BAF could treat the dairy farm wastewater efficiently under the dry dung cleaning up process, and the effluent NH4^+-N,TN and COD could meet the requirements of the newest discharge standard of water pollutants for livestock and poultry breeding (suggestion-soliciting draft) in the direct-discharge mode for the newly-established breeding farm.
