摘 要:选用复合微生物菌剂、生物酶和BZT“菌+酶”微生物净水剂等3类6种微生物净水剂在室内进行净水能力比较研究。结果表明,添加微生物净水剂可以显著提高水体的自净能力,经过14 d的处理后,添加微生物净水剂的处理组的COD、NH+4-N、TN、可溶性反应磷(DRP)、TP浓度分别下降75.8%~80.2%、69.6%~82.4%、16.6%~25.2%、4.7%~6.2%、12.9%~18.2%,均显著高于相应的对照组;在3类微生物净水剂中,BZT“菌+酶”微生物净水剂对水体污染物的去除率显著高于其他5种微生物净水剂;微生物净水剂能有效提高水体的自净能力,在污染水体修复过程中可以单独或者结合其他处理措施综合利用。The comparison studies on water purifying efficiency of 6 microorganism water treatment agent (including complex microbial agent, biological enzyme and microbial water purification agent with enzyme and bacteria) were carried in the laboratory. The results showed that microorganism addition could significantly improve water self- purification ability. Compared with the control group, the concentrations of pollutants in water treated by microbial purification agent decreased significantly, the concentration of COD, NH4^+-N, TN, DRP (dissolved reactive phosphorus)andTP were declined by 75.8%-80.2% , 69.6%-82.4%, 16.6%-25.2%, 4.7%-6.2% and 12.9%-18.2%, respectively after 14 days of treatment. Among 3 types of microbial water purification agents, the performance of purification agent with enzyme and bacteria (BZT) was highest than other 5 agent products. The water treatment agent should be applied individually or combined with other measure in the process of polluted water remediation.
