摘 要:以宝钢焦化废水生化出水为研究对象,采用膜生物反应器/纳滤/反渗透(MBR/NF/RO)装置进行了深度处理及废水回用的中试研究,并对中试装置进行了工业化改造。中试装置及工业化装置的运行结果表明,膜工艺深度处理焦化废水在技术上是可行的,采用的MBR/NF/RO中试装置实现了连续稳定处理,出水满足《宝钢企业内部工业水水质标准》(YBFH 001010010),COD、电导率的去除率分别达到98.7%、95.2%;经过改进后的工业化装置在焦化废水生化出水深度处理中也得到了成功应用,工业化装置运行稳定,产水率大于60%,出水水质优于YBFH 001010010要求,并已用作循环水系统的补充水;经过对改进后的工业化装置运行的能源消耗及药剂成本核算,焦化废水深度处理的成本为4.66元/t。The pilot-scale apparatus using combined MBR/NF/RO technology was applied for advanced treatment of Baosteel coking wastewater after biochemical treatment aiming for wastewater reuse, and the full-scale industrial plant was modified according to the pilot-scale test results. The operational performances in pilot-scale and full- scale plants indicated that the membrane process was technically feasible for advanced treatment of coking wastewater, MBR/NF/RO pilot-scale apparatus could achieved the continuous and stable treatment performance, the effluent could meet Baosteel internal industrial water quality standards (YBFH 001010010), with the removals of COD and conductivity reached 98.7 % and 95.2 %. The full-scale industrial plant also operated steadily and water production rate was over 60% with the operational cost increase of 4.66 RMB/t.
