摘 要:选用了两种混合胺吸收剂,研究了吸收温度、解吸温度、气液比、人口CO2含量、加热负荷等对低分压烟气中CO2捕集效果的影响,评价了吸收剂的吸收解吸、能耗和抗腐蚀性等综合性能,确定了较佳的工艺条件。结果表明,所选用的两种混合胺吸收剂在较佳的工艺条件(吸收温度40~70℃,解吸温度100~105℃,加热负荷30%~50%,位阻胺类吸收剂气液比为120~200、伯胺类吸收剂气液比为120~150)下,适合低分压(体积分数在10%~15%)烟气中CO2的脱除;在适宜的工艺条件下捕集率可达90%以上,且伯胺类吸收剂的捕集率更高一些,更适合于对CO2净化要求高的工艺过程。位阻胺类吸收剂的富液CO2解吸率在75%左右,而伯胺类吸收剂仅在40%左右;位阻胺类吸收剂的抗腐蚀性优于伯胺类吸收剂。Two types of mixed organic amines were applied to trapping CO2 from low partial flue gas. Effects of absorption temperature, desorption temperature, gas-liquid ratio, CO2 content and heating load on CO2 capture efficiency was investigated. The property of absorbents for CO2 absorption and desorption, energy consumption and anticorrosion were evaluated, the optimal operating conditions were determined. The results indicated that under the condition of absorption temperature 40-70 ℃, desorption temperature 100 105 ℃, the heating load 30%-50%, gas- liquid ratio for hindered amine adsorbent and primary amines adsorbent was 120-200 and 120-150 respectively, the CO2 capture ratio could reached over 90%. The trapping effect of primary amine adsorbent is better than that of hin- dered amine adsorbent, so primary amine was suitable for the process which need higher CO2 purification requirement. However, the CO2 desorption rate of hindered amine was 75%, much more than that of primary amine adsorbent (40 %), it also had better anticorrosion property.
