摘 要:提出基于高能球磨法制备磁性磨粒的新工艺。用纯铁粉作为磁介质相、刚玉粉作为磨粒相,采用高能球磨法制备了不同配比、不同球磨时间的磁性磨粒,并用其对45钢外圆表面进行加工试验。结果表明:该工艺制备的磁性磨粒加工效果好;当纯铁粉与刚玉粉按体积比1∶1配比、球磨时间为3 h,所得磁性磨粒的加工效果好,加工6 min时表面粗糙度Ra值可达0.176μm。高能球磨法制备磁性磨粒的工艺过程简单,制备成本较低,加工效果较好,有望进行大规模工业化生产和应用。A new preparation technology of magnetic abrasives was proposed based on high-energy ball grinding method. Using pure iron powder as magnetic dielectric phase,alumina powder as abrasives,the magnetic abrasives with different ratio, different grinding time were prepared by high energy ball grinding method. Experiments were done for the outer surface of 45 # steel cylindrical workpiece with the prepared abrasives. The results show that finishing effect is good,when the ratio of the pure iron powder and alumina powder is 1∶1,ball grinding time is 3 h. The surface roughness Ra value can reach 0.176μm in 6 min. High energy ball grinding preparation method for magnetic abrasive has advantages of simple process,low cost and good finishing effect,and is hopeful to have large scale industrial application.
