摘  要:以某小型轿车车门的空管防撞梁为研究对象,依据该车门防撞梁结构设计出泡沫铝填充防撞梁结构,应用有限元HYPERGRAPH软件分别对原型防撞梁及泡沫铝填充防撞梁进行静载、动载作用下应力-应变响应情况和吸能性进行模拟仿真,并对其分析结果进行比较。结果表明,泡沫铝填充结构防撞梁相比原型防撞梁屈服力大,吸能性高,在提高汽车的安全性方面具有明显优势。The hollow pipe anti-collision beam of a certain type of small car door was used as the research object. According to its anti- collision beam structure, aluminum foam filled anti- collision beam structure was designed. The finite element HYPERGRAPH software was adopted to simulate the stress deformation response and energy absorption property of the prototype beam and aluminum foam filled beam under the static and dynamic load. The comparison of the analysis results shows that the aluminum foam filled structural anti- collision beam has higher yield strength and better energy absorption property than the prototype anti-collision beam, which has obvious advantage in improving the safety of car.
