摘 要:采用热轧法将5052板坯和AZ31板坯按组料方式加热、轧制成型出一种镁铝叠层板,采用单向拉伸实验测定其力学特性,利用MDS金相显微镜观察镁铝叠层板复合界面扩散层厚度和基体晶粒尺寸变化,优选了轧后热处理工艺。并在室温及120℃条件下,采用刚模拉深试验对镁铝叠层板和AZ31镁合金板进行极限拉深系数测定。结果表明,轧后200℃退火能明显提高其力学特性,镁铝叠层板拉深成形性能略优于AZ31镁合金板。Hot rolling method was applied to form magnesium-aluminum clad plate,which is composed of 5052 sheets and AZ31 sheet. Uniaxial tensile experiments were used to test the mechanical properties,and the thickness of interface diffusion layer and grain size of matrix of magnesium-aluminum clad plate were observed by MDS metallographic microscope. The heat treatment process after hot rolling was optimized. The limit drawing coefficient of magnesium-aluminum clad plate and AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet was determined by drawing test at room temperature and 120 ℃. The results show that annealing at 200 ℃ can significantly improve the mechanical properties,and the drawing property of magnesium-aluminum clad plate is slightly higher than that of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet.
