应用Micro-CT对上颌第一前磨牙颊根腭侧面沟的形态学研究

摘  要:目的:对离体上颌第一前磨牙颊根腭侧面沟进行形态测量,为临床根管治疗及桩道预备提供实验参考。方法:收集双根双管型上颌第一前磨牙22颗,其中存在有颊根腭侧面沟的上颌第一前磨牙21颗,显微CT扫描并三维重建后,观察测量上颌第一前磨牙颊根腭侧面沟各水平向及垂直向数据。结果:双根上颌第一前磨牙颊根腭侧面沟的发生率为95.45%(21/22)。腭侧面沟由根分叉处延伸至根尖部,沟的深浅不等,最深的部位位于根颈部。上颌第一前磨牙颊根腭侧面沟最深处即是根管壁最薄弱的地方,上颌第一前磨牙颊根的颊侧根管壁厚度明显大于腭侧根管壁厚度(P<0.05)。结论:双根双管型上颌第一前磨牙颊根腭侧面沟的发生率高,沟状凹陷使得颊根的腭侧根管壁厚度变薄,根管形状不规则。Objective:To investigation the morphology of furcation groove of buccal root of maxillary first premolars.Methods:21 furcated maxillary first premolars with furcation groove were obtained and scanned by micro-computed tomography(Micro-CT) and morphometric horizontal and vertical measurements were taken.Results:The prevalence of furcation grooves in bifurcated maxillary first premolars was 95.45 % (21/22).The groove extended from just below the bifurcation to the apex and the deepest invagination was found to be at coronal slice.The most deep place of the furcation groove in maxillary first premolars was the weakest part of canal wall.The wall thickness on the buccal side was larger than on the palatal side of the buccal root canal(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Incidence of furcation grooves in bifurcated maxillary first premolars is high,this root groove makes canal wall thickness thinning and root canal shape irregular.
