摘　　要：法治文化是一种文化现象,更是人类社会文明发展的成果与结晶。法治文化的形成与发展是建立在相应的经济、政治和社会基础之上的。在当代中国,市场经济的形成、民主政治的发展与完善以及现代市民社会的逐步形成与成长,为法治文化的形成奠定了坚实的基础。Legal culture is a kind ol cultural phenomenon, ana furthermore the achievement ana crystallization of the civilization development of human society. The formation and development of legal culture is based on the corresponding economy, politics and society. In contemporary China, the formation of market, the development and perfection of democratic politics and the gradual formation and growth of the modem civil society lay a solid foundation for the formation of legal culture.
