摘　　要：大学生职业指导课程20世纪中期由欧美各国兴起,20世纪末传入我国,2003年我国教育部将之纳入课程体系。大学生职业指导课程改革应从教学理念更新、校本课程开发、师资队伍建设、教学方法改进等几方面开展。改革的核心是减少指导内容,增加训练环节,切实提升大学生的职业素养与就业能力。The course in college career guidance rose up in the mid-20th century in Europe and the United States. By the end of the 20th century, it was introduced into China, and in 2003, the Ministry of Education incorporated it into the curriculum system, The reform of college career guidance curriculum needs to be conducted from the update of the teaching philosophy, the development of the school-based curriculum, the construction of teacher staff, and the improvement of the teaching methods. The core of the reform is to reduce the content of guidance while increasing training links, enhancing students＂ professional quality and employability.
