钇掺杂化学计量比铌酸锂晶体低温铁电性能研究

摘  要:通过自行设计的低温实验系统结合RT6000HVS标准铁电测试仪对0.5wt%钇掺杂的化学计量比铌酸锂晶体室温与低温下的电滞回线进行测量,并提取了剩余极化值Pr与矫顽场Ec随测试电场变化的关系。研究发现,相同测试电场下,低温相对于常温测得的剩余极化Pr减小,矫顽场Ec增加,这是由于低温下铁电畴区处于冻结状态所致。With the combination of self-designed low-temperature experimental system and RT6000HVS standard ferroelectric tester, the ferroelectric hysteresis loop measurements were performed on the yttritun-doped stoichiometfic lithium niobate crystal of 0.5wt% both at room temperature and low temperature. The relationship of remanent polarization Pr and coercive field Ec with the testing electric field was extracted. The results show that under the same electric field, the remanent polarization Pr decreases, while the coercive field Ec increases at the low temperature relative to the room temperature, which is due to the frozen of ferroelectric domains at low temperature.
