摘 要:通过对304不锈钢丝冷卷所制成的圆柱弹簧进行不同工艺的退火,对比冷卷变形前后的组织形态和性能,研究304不锈钢丝冷卷硬化后的退火软化规律和机理,最终确定最优的退火工艺参数。实验表明,冷加工后304不锈钢丝强度明显增加,但塑性降低,在低温下退火,组织形态没有明显变化,退火软化效果不明显;在高温下退火并且在水中冷却,由于组织发生了再结晶变化,因此组织晶粒大小均匀,有明显的软化效果。最终经过比较,选择在1020~1150℃下退火并水冷3 min。Annealing process of cylinder spring of the 304 stainless steel wire after cold rolling was carried out, and the deformation morphology and performance of the group before and after cold rolling were compared. The soften regular and mechanization of 304 stainless steel wire after cold rolling were studied. The optimal annealing process parameters were determined ultimately. The experiment results show that the strength of 304 stainless steel wire after cold rolling is improved obviously, but the plasticity reduces. After annealing at low temperature, there is no obvious change in microstructure form. Annealing softening effect is not obvious; annealing at high temperature and rapid water cooling, the microstructure completely recrystallizes and grain size is uniform, and annealing softening effect is obvious. Ultimately, the optimal annealing process parameters are annealing at 1020-1150 ℃ and rapid water cooling for 3 min.
