摘 要:为了解中国一串红品种的遗传变异,本研究采用相关序列扩增多态性(SRAP)分子标记分析了18个一串红主栽品种的遗传多样性。筛选出的20对引物组合共扩增315个片段,其中114个是多态的(36.2%);品种间的遗传距离(GD)值在0.0166-0.1290之间,平均0.0692,Shannon多样性指数平均仅为O.3249,说明中国一串红主栽品种的遗传多样性水平较低。非加权类平均法(tYmMA)聚类分析可将18个品种分为3大类群。此外,在8个品种中还检测到12个特有等位基因(Privatealleles),是今后一串红育种中值得进一步挖掘和利用的基因资源。本研究结果为中国一串红遗传变异的评价提供了依据,对于一串红品种鉴定、分子标记辅助选择、杂交育种亲本的选配也具有重要意义。In order to understand the genetic variation of Salvia splendens varieties in China, the genetic diversity of 18 major cultivars was assessed using SRAP (sequence-related amplified polymorphism) markers. A total of 315 scorable fragments were identified with 20 primer combinations, of which 114 (36.2%) were polymorphic. The genetic distance (GD) ranged from 0.016 6 to 0.129 0 with a mean of 0.069 2 and the average Shannon diversity index was only 0.324 9, indicating the low degree of genetic diversity among major Salvia splendens cultivars in China. Based on UPGMA dendrogram, all 18 species were clustered into three major groups. Furthermore, 12 private alleles were detected in 8 varieties by 12 SRAP primer pairs, which is worthy of exploitation and utilization in future breeding programs. These data provide a base for evaluation of genetic variation of Salvia splendens in China, as well as for variety identification, marker assisted selection (MAS) and parents selection in crossbreeding.
