摘 要:目的运用Meta分析系统评价匹伐他汀与阿托伐他汀相比在降脂的同时对糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法以关键词为"pitavastatin"、"atorvastatin"、"blood glucose"检索Medline、PubMed、Cochrane图书馆、ISI Web of Knowledge从建库至2013年发表的随机对照试验;以关键词为"匹伐他汀"、"阿托伐他汀"、"血糖"检索万方数据库、中国知网、维普资讯发表的随机对照试验,对符合质量标准的随机对照试验进行Meta分析。统计学分析采用RevMan5.0.25软件。结果共纳入6个RCT共1322名糖尿病患者,其中匹伐他汀组805名,阿托伐他汀组517名。Meta分析结果显示,匹伐他汀与阿托伐他汀相比对空腹血糖影响的差异有统计学意义(MD=-10.97,95%CI:-16.77^-5.18,P=0.000);对糖化血红蛋白影响的差异有统计学意义(MD=-0.29,95%CI:-0.43^-0.15,P=0.000)。结论在治疗高脂血症伴糖尿病中匹伐他汀明显优于阿托伐他汀,对糖尿病患者血糖影响小,为此类患者的合适用药。Objective To evaluate the effect of pitavastatin on blood glucose compared with atorvastatin. Methods We used key words of "pitavastatin" , "atorvastatin" , "blood glucose" to search in PubMed Mcdline, Cochrane and China National Knowledge Infra- structure (CNK1) databases. A meta - analysis was conducted on the outcomes of the included trials with the assistance of RevMan 5. 025 software. Results Totally 6 randomized controlled trials (RCT) were discovered including 1322 patients. Compared with atorvastalin, pi- tavastatin had significant different effect on fasting plasma glucose [ M D = - 10.97,95 % CI: -16.77 - -5.18,P = 0. 0001 and glycosy- latcd hemoglobin I MD = -0.29,95% CI: -0.43 - -0.15 ,P =0.000] in patients with diabetes and hyperlipidemia. Conclusion Pita- vastatin is superior to atorvastatin in patients with diabetes, which has little effect on blood glucose. Therefore pitavastatin is appropriate for patients with diabetes and hyperlipidemia.
