摘　　要：详细地阐述了ＩＰ多播技术及其在数字图像监控系统中的实现，并就系统所涉及到的其它关键技术和实现方法进行了讨论。采用Ｄｉｇｉｔａｌ ２１２３０芯片硬件实现音视频ＭＰＥＧ１标准的实时压缩、应用软件实时解压缩以及系统多功能操作等，软件基于Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ ９ｘ／ＮＴ平台用Ｖｉｓｕａｌ Ｃ＋＋开发。ＩＰ多播流程的建立、基于Ｗｉｎｓｏｃｋ的ＩＰ多播实现步骤、传输层协议的选择、网络流量控制策略以及用户权限控制的实现等技术在文中也作了具体的论述。This paper presents IP multicasting technology in detail, discusses the application of IP multicasting to digital video supervision system and gives the argumentation about the other key techniques and the implemented way. It is realized that audio and video MPEG1 compressing coding in real time with the digital 21230 chip and that decoding and the various features of system operation in software which is developed by Visual C++ on Windows OS platform. It is dissertated concretely that the build of IP multicasting flow, IP multicasting realizing steps based on winsock, the option of protocols in transport layer, network runoff control policy and the implement of user access control.
