摘 要:采用传统烧结工艺,以具有多形态相变(PPT)结构的0.95(Na0.5K0.5)NbO3-0.05LiTaP3和0.95(Na0.5K0.5)NbO3-0.05LiSbO3为端元组分,按线性组合规律制备出(Na0.5K0.5)095Li0.05Ta0.05-xSbxNbO3(NKLNTSx)无铅压电陶瓷,研究了陶瓷的相结构、显微结构和电学性能的变化规律。NKLNTSx陶瓷均具有正交一四方共存的相结构,表明铌酸钾钠(N圈N)基陶瓷PPT相变适用线性组合规律。随sb含量增加,正交一四方相变温度降低至室温,PPT行为增强,晶粒生长受到抑制,晶粒尺寸由5岫n减小到2~3gm,样品密度由4.02g/cm^3降低到3.78g/cm^3。由于PPT行为的增强,NKLNTSx陶瓷在x=0.03处取得最优压电性能(d33=243pC/N,kp=40.7%)。剩余极化强度Pr随sb含量增加升高,矫顽场E降低。According to the Linear Combination Rule (LCR), (Na0.5K0.5)0.95Li0.05Ta0.05-xSbxNbO3 (NKLNTSx) lead-free piezoelectric caramics were prepared with 0.95(Na0.5K0.5)NbO3-0.05LiTaO3 and 0.95(Na0.5K0.5)NbO3-0.05LiSbO3 with the polymorphic phase transition (PPT) structure as the end member compositions via a conventional solid-state route. The phase structure, microstructure and electrical properties were investigated. The orthorhombic and tetragonal co-existing phase structure was observed in the samples (x = 0-0.05) for the applicability of LCR on PPT behavior of (Na, K)NbO3 (NKN) based ceramics. The temperature for the orthorhombic-tetragonal phase transition shifts to room temperature when Sb content increases due to an enhanced PPT behavior of the NKLNTSx ceramics. The grain growth was suppressed by doping Sb in a refined grain size range from 5 μm to 2-3 μm and in a decreased mass density range from 4.02 g/cm^3 to 3.78 g/cm^3. The optimized piezoelectric properties were obtained in a sample (x= 0.03) with d33 of 243 pC/N and kp of 40.6% due to the enhanced PPT behavior. The Pr could increase and the Ec could decrease with increasing Sb content.
