鼻部单发型角化棘皮瘤8例

摘　　要：我院2005-11-2012-03共确诊8例鼻部瞥发型角化棘皮瘤（Keratoacanthoma，KA）患者，其中男6例。女2例；年龄41～70岁，中位年龄55．5岁；病程20d～8个月，中位病程30d，The clinical and pathological data of eight cases of nasal solitary keratoacanthoma were analyzed and relcvant literatures were reviewed. All of the cases were verified via pathological examination after local lesion ex- cision, along with reconstruction of tissue defects in external nose. The patients were all primary healed. With a follow up from 8 months up to 7 years, only one case relapsed one year after first surgery, and given another oper- ation, no recurrence happened thereafter. The other seven cases did not recur so far. The nasal solitary keratoac- anthoma is a squamous tumor with potential malignancy, which manifests similarly with squamous cell carcinoma, and the correct diagnosis requires comprehensive judgment from both the clinical and histopathological characteris- tics. The disease shows favorable prognosis and low recurrence rate.
