早期蒙脱石散洗胃联合血液灌流治疗百草枯中毒疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨早期蒙脱石散洗胃联合血液灌流疗法治疗急性百草枯中毒的有效性和安全性。方法49例急性百草枯中毒患者，按治疗方式不同分为治疗组（28例）和对照组（21组），对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组在急性中毒的早期采用蒙脱石散洗胃配合血液灌流等综合疗法治疗。观察两组治疗效果。结果经治疗后，治疗组有效率为82．1％，明显高于对照组的62．9％（x2=3．94，P〈0．05）。结论早期蒙脱石散洗胃联合血液灌流疗法治疗急性百草枯中毒方便、安全、有效。Objective To explore the effect of early gastric lavage combined with montmorillonite powder he- moperfusion therapy on the effieacy and safety of acute paraquat poisoning. Methods 49 cases of acute paraquat poi- soning patients ,the patients were divided into treatment group（28 cases） and control group（ Group 21 ） , the control group uses the conventional treatment, the treatment group in the early stage of acute poisoning by montmorillonite powder lavage combined with hemoperfusion combined therapy. To observe the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results After the treatment,the treatment group was 82.1%, significantly higher than 62.9% in the control group （ X2 = 3.94,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Early gastric lavage combined with montmorillonite powder hemoperfusion ther- apy in the treatment of acute paraquat poisoning is convenient, safe, effective.
