摘　　要：目的通过分析邯郸市近年来高考考生身体健康状况,以便给予有针对性的干预措施。方法根据《普通高等学校招生体检工作指导意见》的要求,对邯郸市全体高考考生进行体检。结果邯郸市2010—2012年度高考考生身体条件受限主要原因是视力低下。在报考专业受限的学生中因视力低下受限的分别为50 377、46 534和43 863人,视力低下受限率分别为84.17%、82.80%、83.83%。视力低下率分别占到报考专业受限率的99.83%、99.69%、99.60%。结论邯郸市近年来高考考生身体健康存在的主要问题是视力低下,应采取措施提高学生的视力。[ Objective] By analyzing the health status of students of college entrance examination in Handan City in recent years, to carry out targeted interventions. [ Methods ] According to the demand of the Guiding opinions of college enrollment health examina- tion, the health examination was conducted in all students will take the college entrance examination. [ Results ] The poor eyesight was the main reason that limited students to select application of college entrance exam in Handan City from 2010 to 2012. There were 50 377, 46 534 and 43 863 students who were influenced by poor eyesight to choose the major respectively, which the influen- cing rate of poor eyesight was 84.17%, 82.80% and 83.83%, respectively. The rate of poor eyesight to all influencing factors was 99.83%, 99.69% and 99.60%, respectively. [ Conclusion] The main health problem in students of college entrance examination in Handan City in recent years is poor eyesight, so it is necessary to carry out the measures to protect the vision of students.
