预防控制自然疫源性疾病在职业卫生工作中的重要性

摘　　要：自然疫源性疾病是原发于野生动物的传染病,由于人类接触病源或带菌者,而使之开始流行于人间。随着频繁的贸易往来、媒介抗药性的增强、生态破坏、畜牧业的发展等因素,自然疫源性疾病发病情况一直居高不下,我国是世界上自然疫源性疾病流行较严重的国家。自然疫源性疾病种类较多,分布范围不同,预防控制方法也有所区别,在这里仅就部分常见自然疫源性疾病的预防控制在建设项目职业卫生工作中的重要性进行简要分析。The natural focal disease is a primary wild animal epidemic disease, due to human contacts or carriers, it became epi- demic in humans. With the frequent commercial trade, the resistance of vector enhancement, ecological destruction, the develop- ment of animal husbandry and other factors, the incidence of natural focal disease is still at a high level, and China is one of the countries with serious epidemic of natural focal diseases. Due to various types of natural focus disease, different distribution range, different control methods, this paper only analyzes the importance of prevention and control of natural focal disease which is common in occupational health of construction project.
