《抗菌药物专项整治活动》前后内蒙古某医院抗菌药物用药强度调查

摘　　要：目的了解内蒙古医科大学附属人民医院院住院患者2010年7月—2012年6月,《抗菌药物专项整治活动》前后抗菌药物使用强度情况。方法对该院住院患者2010年7月—2012年6月抗菌药物的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、用药强度(AUD)等进行统计分析。结果在《抗菌药物专项整治活动》后住院患者抗菌药物用药金额比活动前略有增长;AUD呈下降趋势;金额排序和AUD排序前15位中头孢菌素类均占近50%;金额排序前15位中,非限制使用抗菌药物呈增加趋势,限制使用抗菌药物呈下降趋势;AUD前15位药品中多数为非限制使用抗菌药物。结论该院抗菌药物的使用在专项整治活动后有一些好转,但仍存在使用不合理和过度使用等问题,需继续加强抗菌药物的使用管理与整治,以达到卫生部的要求。[ Objective] To investigate the antibacterial use density of inpatients in Inner Mongolia Medical University Affiliated Peo- ple＇ s Hospital from July 2010-June 2012 before and after the Special Rectification Activity for Antimicrobial Drugs. [ Methods] The antibacterial use density （AUD} ,daily defined doses （DDDs } and sales amount of antibiotics for inpatients from July 2010-June 2012 were statistically analyzed. [ Results] After the Special Rectification Activity for Antimicrobial Drugs, the sales amount of an- tibiotics was slightly increased; AUD was decreased. Of the top 15 in the ranks of sales amount and AUD, cephalosporin occupied nearly 50%. Of the top 15 in sales amount rank, antimicrobial drugs with unrestricted use showed upward tendency, while antimi- crobial drugs with restricted use showed downward tendency. Of the top 15 in AUD rank, most were antimicrobial drugs with unre- stricted use. [ Conclusion] The use of antimicrobial drugs has been corrected after the special activity in this hospital, but the un- reasonable and excessive use of antimicrobial drugs still exists. It is necessary to strengthen use management and remediation of an- timicrobial drugs to meet the requirements of the Ministry of Health.
