痔切闭术治疗急性嵌顿痔的临床观察

摘　　要：为探讨痔切闭术治疗急性嵌顿痔的临床疗效，将83例急性嵌顿痔患者分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组58例行痔切闭术治疗，对照组25例行外剥内扎术治疗，比较两组手术时间、创面愈合时间及术后并发症的发生情况。结果显示，治疗组在手术时间、创面愈合时间及术后并发症方面均优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结果表明，痔切闭术治疗急性嵌顿性痔安全有效，手术时间短、术后恢复快、并发症少。This study was to discuss the clinical efficacy of acute incarcerated hemorrhoids treated with PPH,83 cases were divided into treatment group （ n = 58）and control group （ n = 25）. Treatment group received PPH, while control group received external dissection and internal ligation. Both groups were compared for operation time, wound surface healing time and the incidence of postoperative complications. Results showed that treatment group was superior to control group in above three indexes（ P 〈0.01）. It is concluded that PPH is safe, effective, with shorter operation time, rapid recovery and fewer complications in treating acute incarcerated hemorrhoids.
